We aim to connect the young Nordic crowd in Thailand by hosting frequent events called The Social. Our association’s mission is to connect people from Nordic countries, Thailand, and trusted friends.
We run with different themes every time and as the date of this event is Friday 13th we are hosting a killer party themed Superstition. This event is made possible by our Sponsor – Palm Garden.
There are various superstitions both in the Nordics and in Thailand. In Thailand, many superstitions center around the fear of ghosts and spirits while in the Nordics you fear nature and mythical beings such as trolls and elves. Both in the Nordics and in Thailand, there are also superstitions related to luck. For example, in Thailand you should never cut your hair on a Wednesday and in the Nordics you don’t leave your keys on the table… So come to the event and win a lucky charm!
