Eid Alexandersen and I conducted to our great pleasure a food-tasting of the menu that will be served for our 100th anniversary on March 5. And we were assured that people with seafood allergy could preorder a Ceasar Salad instead of the Seafoods Salad on the set menu. We were served the following:

Roasted Ducked Breast with Tamarind Sauce.
Sauteed Vegetables and Potatoes Gratin


Vanilla Mille Feuille (Napoleon Cake) with Blackberry Compote

We had a very nice meeting with our Chef Prinya after the food tasting, where he told us about the preparations of the food, and we were assured the duck would be as tender as the perfect one we were served. One member has asked about the use of MSG, and he made it absolutely clear to us that he never accept MSG in his cooking.
